At First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland, ministry is more than a job—it’s a calling. We are a Christ-centered community passionate about sharing God’s love, serving others, and growing together in faith.

We’re always looking for individuals who feel called to use their gifts in a meaningful way—whether through worship, teaching, administration, creative arts, or care ministries. When you join our team, you become part of a supportive, mission-focused environment where your work makes an eternal impact.

If you’re excited about helping people connect with God and each other, we’d love to hear from you.
